you no what i mean, grow bigger, im really confused and want to know if this is true or not ? :S
Also im around 5'2 pretty short, will milk help me grow taller if im a middle aged teenanger?

As for growing taller, it truly depnds on your genes. Milk helps your bones grown stronger, but not larger. If you're 16-17, you're probably done your growth spurt so i wouldn't bet on growing too much more.
People are usually worried about their height can try the GH (growth horomone) but that's when their in their early early teens, still growing.
First no it wont make you bigger in the chest and second yes you will grow to be taller if you drink alot of milk!!
Milk helps your bones grow in length and density, nothing else.
