i have couple red pimples on my face because i used a cleanser and lotion

and didn't suit me..? well i stopped using that and now was putting on pears soap and nivea cream ...that made the pimples worse so as of now, im just washing my face with only warm water and putting estee lauder advanced night repair of my pimples. if i get rid of these pimples, im thinking about using clinique producct. would that suit me. my skin is sensitive, dry in some area, i know my skin won't take frangnance, perfume, or any chemical. so is clinique food for me. as for these pimples, will they go away if i just wash my face with water for couple days andnot use anything else.?
