...etc. Is unsweetened seltzer also bad? Articles have said bubbles are bad, acid's bad, etc. Seltzer water (plain or flavored, unsweetened - either naturally or artificially) seems to have no acid, but the bubbles? Specifically, why is the carbonation bad for you?
