Has anyone had the essure procedure and it didn't work?

I had the essure procedure because I don't want anymore children. Well I went for my three month follow up and fluid was still getting past the coils that suppose to be blocking my fallopian tubes. Well then I have a appointment with my doctor to discuss the results and she says the coils fell out and they are somewhere in my uterus!! So it didn't work and I can still get pregnant. Anyways what I don't understand is how the radiology shows me the x-rays and points out the coils and then my doctor all of sudden says they fell out. Do you think she is lieing and don't want to admit she did not get the job done correctly. There is not enough research on the internet about the essure. I have tried and tried searching. Thanks
