It is a "major public health failing" that teens in Hawaii "do not have the knowledge, skills and health care that they need to prevent unintended pregnancy," Andrea Anderson, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Hawaii, writes in a Honolulu Star-Bulletin opinion piece.
