What amount can a firm be fined for burning large amounts of wood in an open...

...furnace outdoors? What agencies can fine you? What levels for different offenses? any other pertinent information is appreciated. please if you can provide a source with you answer ( if yahoo answers allows you to publish a source in your answer). thank you to all who offer their help

Unless there is a local ordinance against outdoor fires without a permit, it is not illegal to burn large amounts of wood in an outdoor furnace. Without knowing your location, it is not possible to cite a source that applies where you are.

I don't think you can be fined. There is no reason to that I can think of. Burning is a natural process... I see no crime in doing this.
