Please read!
Im skinny and have a wiry build, i love to go Hiking, but even when ive only Hiked 100 miles or so over a week, and have been eating a decent amount, i still find i visually loose fat from my body that ain't got much fat on it to begin with, Its my dream to Hike the AT one day (in a couple of years), which will be over two thousand miles, and will last around 6 months of hiking, towns where you can get food are a week apart, so im going to have to carry lots and lots of food on my backpack, it is gonna be stuffed FULL of food (and all my other things, making it very heavy and full), just to maintain my weight, How can i get over this problem?
