I'm going on a 3 day-60 mile hike in about 2-3 weeks. I'm not much of a runner so I only run about 2 miles a day. Plus, I go about 2ish miles on the elliptical and then my normal body workout with weights. This is my first ever hike so I'm kind of nervous that I'm going to be left to die. Any tips or advise that can help me prepare or help me while I'm on this adventure?

Whoever designed this unrealistic and potentially very dangerous hike is a complete and grossly negligent ignorant idiot who only a naive newbie such as yourself would even attempt to follow.
I don't know of any experienced hikers who would attempt to do 60 miles in 3 days right out of the box .
Do yourself a favor and find something else to do for those three days .
