How can I kill the fish in my neighbor's pond?

After I took him to court over his pit bull killing a dozen of my hens, he decided to get me back again and cut the heads off 3 more. This time he got the rooster. The police say I can't do anything because I can't prove it was him.

Anyway, he has a pond and I would like to kill the fish in it subtlety. It is 1 to 2 acres, about 10 ft deep. Anything I can put in there that would make the pH go crazy? Some fish I can buy that would eat all of the others? He has mostly bass and catfish.

    Serious replies only please.

This is such a mean thing to do but you could but bleach in the water but maybe you should just be the bigger person and let it go. Not to mention that it is cruel to kill the poor little fish just because your neighbor is a jerk.
