How can 3 men cross a river with a boat that holds only 300 lbs? They weigh...

...100,150,& 225 lbs.? If the 100 and 150 lb men cross first, how can the third man cross with the same boat? How does he get the boat back without a rope?
They can make only one trip with this 300# capactity boat. Can they make it without causing the boat to sink?

Thank you all for answering. So simple.
