    Hiking boots cost $150/pair are reduced by 40%. By what % must the special price be

    increased to bring the? price back to 0? (round to the nearest %)

    $150 X .40 = 60 (to get the discount)
    $150 - $60 = $90 (Price after discount)
    The next step is determining:
    What % of $90 is $60? Or in other words, what percentage of $90 would equate to an increase of $60?
    This can be determined by 60 divided by 90... 67%
