Thread: fish...... HELP NOW!?

I have three gold fish i dont know what kind thow they have bigger fins and are orangeish, black and white. dose any one know about how long they live?

my cousin had one it lasted 3 1/2 years

Color doesn't really mean anything to goldfish type. Fantails have a double fan tail, oranda's have knot of skin called a wen on their heads, etc. For 3 fancy goldfish you would need a minimum of a 40 gallon tank for them to live properly. If they are common goldfish then more like a 70 or 80 gallon tank or a small pond.

Fancy goldfish will live 15 yrs approx if kept properly. Commons can live 30 or more.
