    a day does not pass without remembering my hiking trip. is it normal?

    what should i do. i feel like i am addicted to hiking. this hiking trip was a little bit difficult because i did not have food with me. i burned almost 7000 calorie and i eat about 700 calorie. after sleeping 4 hours and walking 16 hours with 2-3 minutes rest in between. i could not sleep the night after hiking i slept almost 3-4 hours. i did not eat food for 3 days almost 400-600 calorie a day each.

    did this happen to you. and is it normal?

    very very strange. thats not normal. try going to the doctor. and you cant be addicted to hiking as it is an abstract thing. you are simply walking as you would anywheree else rather just in a difficult and better environment
