Is Youtube deleting all copyright material in September? Is it a rumor or fact!!???

I really want to know because I have 47 amv's on youtube and 30 subscribers, and I worked hard on each and every one of my videos and I don't want all my hard work to go away!!! I put disclaimers in all of my videos, and I do not illeagally download them I buy them so someone please tell me!!
