Where can I watch the season premiere of Gossip Girl on the internet?

I live in Canada and I love Gossip Girl but my TV doesn't have any channels that show it.
I've been watching it on the internet on surfthechannel.com but I was wondering if there is any website that will show the season premiere at the same time it comes on TV or post it very soon after?
