Look all I know is that they've been grooming someone for years...it's fairly obvious. He's not just going to hand Cuba over on the spur of the moment to some guy.

Christ they've been grooming someone to take over when our mayor dies here..have been for a couple years. I'm sure Castro's the same.

Yeah. After being sick and having Raúl as temporary leader for a couple of years, Fidel resigned and put Raúl in full power.
