w/ black lines.. help!? OK like i said my screen goes slanted when i slide it and sometimes even when i just hit a button.. and it also goes all fuzzy.... like a bad TV channel.. is there a tech problem w/ a solution! HELP!

well in my experience working for at&t u can make a master reset on the cell phone (look your manual for it) or a 2nd level reset while cell phone is on remove the batery you may loose some information but some times works also . good luck
