Verizon is "different".
Their phones come with the Verizon user-interface that CANNOT be changed. Try the enV, enV2, Voyager, or Samsung Glyde for awesome Verizon phones with full QWERTY keyboards.

Verizon sucks....I'm about to cancel the contract for whatever price it is and go to Alltel or Sprint - they both have the Rumor and since Verizon owns Alltel - you can talk free to all your Verizon friends for free.
