I have a LG Rumor cell phone.. it says sprint on it..is it exclusive to sprint .?

Can I use another provider and expect the same uses I would get with Sprint?

Not with the phone that you have now. All phones are connected to the company that you go with. If you like the LG Rumor and want to keep the same kind of phone go to Solo Mobile. They would have the same phone as you have now but better rates than any Other phone company.
