I have heard many rumours about xboxlive becoming free in 2010 ?

Many people have been telling me that Microsoft is going to make Xbox live free to compute with PS3, but ihave not found any ligit proof from Microsoft, can anyone help me get this straight ?

Yep, Microsoft officially announced that Xbox Live will become free sometime in first quarter 2010. Anyone who recently signed up for a 1 year gold membership will be refunded.

That's a lie, microsoft will NEVER give you a refund, if you bought a 1 year you are S.O.L. and as for it being free, uh, some guy telling you over a forum isnt exactly as legit as it may seem... -.- just wait till microsoft announces it OFFICIALLY and dont buy membership.
