Windows Mobile 6 Internet Sharing Question?

I have Htc ppc6800 from alltel. i want to use my internet from my phone on my home computer. i went to internet sharing and it starts but disconnects saying remote party ended session. alltel said its because i need to pay $10 a month for a code. so can anybody help me out to bypass this thing?
