Why is my first AT&T cell phone bill so high?

Online it says "Total Amount Due $194.62"

I did not go over my minutes, I have unlimited text and multimedia text.

Minutes - 39.99
Unlimited txt - 19.99
Activation fee - don't know

I highly doubt the activation fee is $130....of course I'm going to call AT&T, but does anyone have an idea as to why the amount is so much?
**Two or so weeks after getting with AT&T I bought a used iPhone and activated and switched my plan. Would that have been charged immediately to my bill?
