I know the psp go can be used to talk as if it were a cellphone,only if you have acces to WiFi, But i remember hearing that it can be connected to Verizon Wireless, and use it any where as a cellphone? My main question here is Can it be used as a cell phone or in any way of communication?

First of all the new PSP Go does not have a built in microphone and so you will not be able to make or receive calls. You will need a microphone inside the console to make calls. Secondly there is no software that can be installed on the new PSP Go that will let you dial phone calls through Wi-Fi.

However the PSP-3000 actually can be used as a cell phone. It has a built in microphone and there is a software called Skype that works with the PSP-3000. Once you install skype you can subscribe to their plan of 2.95 a month for unlimited calls throughout the United States through Wi-Fi and it will work like a cell phone on this PSP model. The PSP-3000 is the only sony device that will let you make calls since it has a built in microphone and skype software supports this.
