I've had my phone for around two years, and it's never been broken. Recently, when I try to charge it, it charges to full in like ten minutes, and then says it's dying five minutes later. When I took the battery out to look at it, it was bloated! How did this happen and how can I fix it??

your hones battery has over heated by charging too long or keeping your phone in a very hot place. My battery can't fit into its phone so you willl have to get a new one.
