i have an assurance phone from virgin,im really not satisfied with it,its hard to understand ppl when in chatting on it,i cant text because i dont know how to use the top up plan and its faulty.im trying to get myself re-enstated and im having difficulty getting through to the assurance ppl,i cant use my assurance phone,theyve cut me off,and if i use my home phone i get....youre not calling from an assurance phone,what am i to do here?
