Thread: How do you block someones number on a Virgin Mobile phone?

How do you block someones number from calling you on a virgin mobile phone? I want to block my exes number, so that he can never call or text me again.

you can go to virginmobileusa.com and sign into your account, then go to message details, then message settings and you should be able to block so many numbers from texting you...but you can still get calls....i'm trying to block the calls still. hope this helps!

It sucks that virgin mobile doesn't block calls so what I did was save the contact and under options had the call get sent straight to voicemail, although hoping they decide to leave a voicemail...

Add the number as a contact (I used 'Blocked' for the name), then open the contact and turn on "Block Caller". I'll use this contact for 9 or 10 numbers (you have to choose a type, e.g. 'Home', 'Work', 'Mobile', and the list is finite), but when I run out I'll just start a new contact and do the same thing.

I go to the site but can't find message details. Help.
