Thread: How do i unlock my samsung mobile phone ?

My phone got locked down after forgetting my PUK and PIN but i remember them now.
I already took up 3 trys so its gone completely off and i really need it !
How can i unlock it without having to get proffessional help or a new programme for it ?
Im really stressing out cause my laptop has broke recently too and i tried fixing that and it didn't work so please try and help me figure this out thanks

Also its an O2, so please if you know could you tell me the customer sare number for it because it doesn't even let me call them!!!
