I like to do it through the service provider online. For instance, if you have a Cingular (now ATT) go to www.cingular.com and it'll have a "ringtone" option. You can do searches and even listen to them before you puchase them. Once you decide to purchase them, it messages it to your cell phone and all you have to do is open the file. It'll automatically store to your cellphone and from there, you will be able to set it as your primary ringtone. You can also do it through the web browser funtion on your phone, but it uses also of megabytes and is slow.
