cellphone plan help!!! free time?
My free range is daily 9 pm -7 am and free weekends as well. Does that mean it's just for the local calls (i.e. within the city )???? what about if I call someone in another city , does that mean it's going to count as long distance and therefore, they'll charge me for it??

I'm with Rogers btw. Residing in Canada.
