Cellphone antenna broke, will it work well? Motorola V300.?

    Hi,
I found an old Motorola V300 in my friend's garage and want to use it overseas. It doesn't have the antenna stub. Right now I cannot use my sim because its locked, but wanted to check how the reception is if the antenna is not there. Anyone who has the same model with a broken antenna? Let me know how the signal is.

    Thanks.

No, the phone will NOT work well, if at all without the antenna.

the phone will turn on and everything without the antenna but it won't be able to pick up the network very well. ah well, at least you can still play games and take pictures.
