plz help people who play on imagine babies plz plz plz!!?

hiya i got the game imagine babies yesterday for xmas but i dont know how to get the babies to sleep. i put them in there cot and i rock them but when i do it, it goes really fast, and there eyes r slitly open. plz help me if u do u`ll be a star luv ya xx
