Saturday, Mini Bash turns four. So today, Mrs. Bashcraft and I went shopping today for presents. Headed over to the fifth floor of Yodobashi Camera, which is a toy store. We ended up spending an hour and a half looking and buying stuff. Bought a bunch of LEGOs — not sets, but just a bucket of blocks. He's a bit too young for building actual sets, me thinks.
I actually wanted to buy him some Playmobil toys. He doesn't own any, and whenever I show him Playmobil toys, he says they're "dorky." See when I was a kid, I really wanted Playmobil, but my parents never really bought it for me. And now, my kid won't let me buy it for him. The irony.
