How can I fix Runtime Error for OverDrive Media Console (audiobook software)?

Can someone help me fix this? When I open OverDrive Media Console to download audiobooks from my online library, I get this error:

There is no information for this on OverDrive's website. I have tried uninstalling and installing the program several times. It's driving me crazy! I can't listen to my audiobooks without this program. I've got another problem too. My DRM is corrupted and I can't even listen to the audiofiles in Windows Media Player. Sorry. That's two questions. Please help! Thanks!
