I am looking for a program of a kind, that specifies what programs are using what internet for how much data and ping. I have windows gadgets that show me the internet to PC and back, but I would like to monitor what programs specifically are using how much internet.

is there any windows gadget, or program that does what I have specified, or runs along the same lines?

I am not looking to see what Pc is downing. I only have one I need to monitor. I want ot monitor what program uses how much DL. hopefully in real time. like a speed test, but for individual programs, nit for an entire PC
