I have been doing a lot of exercise lately and I would like to monitor my progress. The majority of cardio I get is from an elliptical machine and the rest from weight training. I looked into the nike sport watch and was interested, but I don't do too much running which I would guess probably makes it useless. I need something that monitors pulse, calorie losses, and monitors the overall activity of my workout (which doesn't have a lot of running). Is there some sort of watch or gadget for me? let me know!
