It seems that you have a lot of electronics going on there. I'm not sure how you handle all the audio inputs but an audio mixer could do a very good job.

The best and most stylist mixer ever: ASIN=B00204BL84

The cheap and functional mixer: LH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item439adb6cf8

    iPod vs PSP

The only reason I would buy an iPod over the PSP would be because I want to hear music for long periods of time. The PSP can do about the same, but the battery life won't last as long. Yes, touch interfaces are nice but the PSP is the king of gaming.

    Latest iPod Touch: ASIN=B002M3SOC4

There's several PSP models. The PSPgo and the PSP 3000. Make sure you check the reviews on Amazon and see what people like most: field-keywords%3DPSP%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=alldevs-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

The DS is like a combination of both, but I wouldn't buy it since you have a PS3 and you could use the PSP in conjunction with it.
