yeah i reinstalled my computer and this little bar is not on the top of my screen disappeared its like the side bar but on top of the screen i have a vista dell inspiron desktop when i first got it it was there but after reinstalling windows vista it was im wanting to know whats it called so i can reinstall that gadget
