I have been doing research for weeks now, My friend got the fitbit and i really liked it but it seems like its more for loosing weight and doing cardio. I am more of a lift slow and heavy weight lifting kind of guy. I don't need to loose much weight. But i do cardio in the am on empty stomach thats pretty much it rest is all gym machines, dumbbells, cables and barbells. So is there anything that can track calories while lifting weights.
