is there any such proffesional gadget or software, where you can either attach to a phone or use through your pc so when you make a live call to someone, you can change your voice from female to male male to female etc?

i need it for a media project i am doing and its urgent i dont care on a price, just surely today with this technolagy this is possible. but how?
