No it will only be considered to have the same name if it was the exact same name or if it had a number, for example harpie lady and harpie lady 3 is considered the same name. Gadgets effect us a trigger effect so even if the card is destroy right after it is summoned, effect still applies. Gadget effects are pretty good because if you run 3 of each you can run an ultimate offering and swarm. And keep getting cards to hand with just a fair price of 500. Get a tuner out there and easy synchro.
It's an trigger effect. No, gadgets were made for hand advantage. They simply just allow you to have more cards in your hand than your opponent.
The Gadgets aren't treated as having the same name. The point of the Gadgets is to bring another Gadget to the hand when one is summoned. That gives you hand advantage, which comes in handy. I hope this helps!
The gadgets are not considered to have the same name. Their effects are supposed to be used in hand with the trap card "Red Gadget - Stronghold". The effect of this trap is to summon a monster that has the stats ATTACK: 0 DEFENSE: 3000. It also states that if the cards Red Gadget, Green Gadget and Yellow Gadget are on the field then it will have 3000 ATTACK. the effects of the gadgets save waiting for all three cards to make their way through your deck before being able to use the trap as a offensive monster rather than a defensive monster.
