Thread: Help With This Gadget???????

Okey-dokey. Here's my problem. I have a creative zen music player. It was docked on my laptop through the little chordy-thingy and whenever I connected it, it would start recharging. It does squat now, just sorta sits there, dead as a doornail. What's it's problem-no-wait-I don't care what the problem is, just tell me how to fix it!! The second problem with this music player is it SAYS that it plays videos. It SAYS that it does, but doesnt. How I've been getting my music on there is I've been going to youtube, clicking on a music video and leaving the cursor on the video while it's playing. It will say Download this Video and I will click that, and it downloads it to realplayer and I would stick them into my zen that way. But it only plays back as music, no video. HELP!!!!!!!!! AND USE NO JARGON!!!!!!!!!!! I AM A TECHNOLOGICAL DUNCE AND YOU ARE OF NO ASSISTANCE IF YOU DON'T EXPLAIN THIS PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
