I hate the idea of going to a gym everyday, running on a treadmill, lifting weights but, I want to gain more strength and muscle tone. I don't need to lose any weight, I just want a simple routine that I can do often that doesn't involve lifting weights so that I can be strong and also improve my posture.

I've tried all the aerobic type tapes and other instructional videos and I just can't stick to it. I guess what I'm looking for is a more "natural" way to get fit....Any ideas?
