So, I am 16 years old. I am wanting to gain some muscle, become much fitter, and overall lose a little fat. So basically get the body everyone wants right? I was just wondering if this workout plan is well suited. Thanks

Monday-Abs+Legs
Tuesday-Chest+Arms
Wednesday-Legs+Cardio
Thursday-Abs+Chest
Friday-Legs+Cardio
Saturday-Rest

Sunday-Abs+Arms

And then probably cardio in the morning Sundays Tuesdays Thursdays.
