Why am I gaining weight despite eating healthier and exercising???!!!

I'm a 16 yr old female. I'm 5'6-7" and I just weighed myself to be 131lbs. That is way to much for me! I've never weighed over 120!!! I don't know why, I've been running everyday and I stopped eating when I'm not hungry. I've also started to eat more dairy and fruit.

So can anyone tell me why at the start of summer, I weighed about 120lbs, and now that I finally started to exercise, I weigh 131?!?! And just about 2-3 days ago I weighed myself and I was 128. How can I gain 4lbs in 2 days?

thank you for pointing it out to me ryan. i actually do eat small meals, but more often. i've always done this naturally for some reason.
