i got the DVDs from my friend and thats it no workout routine.

i sorted all 12 of them out but i need a routine. so for any1 who has used it what are does the guide say what what exercises do i do for 90 days. i know its alot to ask for but please if u used p90x its because u felt u needed it and so d o i. so please help me out with the routine.
