What's a good workout routine for weight loss and after that to get alot of muscle?/?
well im a 16 year old kid i weigh 240 pounds..
ive been using a elliptical for 30min a day and going in between 6.2 and 7.0 mhp but ive havent lost any weight so i dont know what to do
also i wanted to get jacked/ripped after i slim down abit so if any one has a good workout routine that they think could benifit my situation i would love to here it
