what's a good workout routine?
i just became a member to a new gym, and i would like some suggestions on a work out routine. they pretty much have every type of machine you could think of. i just feel clueless as to what to do when i get there, so i just do random things, but i want to have a guideline. i want to tone my arms, my legs, and my abs, but i'd like to keep my butt the way it is (lol). thanks in advance!
