weight/won't make you put on any weight? Well, I've been eating A LOT of fast food lately and I'm really trying to get away from that, but I can't think of any foods I'd like that are really healthy that I could eat for snacks.

haha im there with you... i live on fast food... i come out of the gym and bk is RIGHT there lol...
Well its about will power, you gotta be ABLE to stop... and whatnot.. if u drive put a note in the car saying NO FAST FOOD... forreal.. i use to have on my fridge, THINK 140!!!!! NO JUNK! , id see it EVERY time i wanted to eat.... sometimes it helped, and drove me away or id eat something else...
Cereal is good. Filling and not so bad, buy cherrios or something.
I would live on cereal... if u wanna get into better foods smart ones are really good! i ate cereal for breakfast, and lunch n dinner i had smart ones!
Carrots, celery, radishes..any kind of fruit....can dip it in Yogurt......cheese and Triscuits
