What are some healthy foods to eat.?

Well I'm a 13 year old boy. I'm about 110 pounds and i'm 5"1. My parents are african so for dinner, it's usually rice and chiken or fish. there's usually sweet potatoes and other african foods that i don't know in english. Is that healthy. Thank you
