Beans, fish, dairy, whole wheats (oat bran, rye, all bran), fruit, spinach, broccoli, vitamin enriched breakfast cereals, flax and nuts, and potatoes. Those are some of my healthy favorites.

Kidding aside, When I was in high school , I had a classmate who sell raosted peanut and she says its good for the brain. I make it a point to buy a peanut from her. Now that I have a family and had kids.. I still remeber her name .:-)
